Questions before you print
Do you ship physical props?
No. The Halloween pack is print-ready STL files. You print them at home. Nothing is mailed.
What printers are the files for?
They are sized for common FDM beds. If a model will not slice on your machine, buy the repair hour and we will walk through settings with you.
Do I keep the files?
Yes. After the one-time Halloween pack purchase, download access does not expire.
How does the support session work?
You buy one 60-minute session. You have 7 days after purchase to book it over chat or video. It covers bed leveling, extrusion, clogs, firmware, and first-layer failures. It is not a subscription and not lifetime support.
What do I need to tell you before the hour?
Checkout asks for printer make, model, and the issue. Bring that, plus a photo of the last failed print if you have one.
Can I get a refund?
Files are delivered immediately, so refunds on downloads are limited. An unused support hour expires 7 days after purchase. Read the refund policy for the full note.
