Refund policy

Halloween STL files are delivered as soon as payment clears. Because you can download them immediately, refunds on the file pack are limited to cases where the files cannot be accessed after a successful payment.

The printer support hour is a one-time session. Access lasts 7 days so you can book. If the hour is unused and those 7 days have passed, it expires and is not refunded. If we cannot meet you for a booked session on our side, we will restock the hour or refund it.

Questions about an order go through the contact page.
