Terms of service

By buying from Copper Fox Media you get a personal license to print the STL files you purchased. You may print them for your own yard, home, or gifts. You may not resell the files, share the raw STLs, or list them as your own models.

The support hour is one 60-minute session for the printer and issue you describe at checkout. It is not a subscription, not lifetime support, and not a guarantee that every machine can be saved in one hour.

Payments are processed on Whop. Use of this site also follows Whop’s platform terms. See the refund policy for cancellations.
